I have Deco X20 devices. On iPhone, I installed Deco Apps. Followed the steps, but the app cannot find the deco device.

My iphone is on the Wife from the deco devices. Looks like the phone and the Deco are on the same segment. From Iphone (192.168.68.51), I can ping Deco device (192.168.68.1).

I tried with 2 other deco devices in the package, but the same results.

 

Any idea what I need to do?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the delay.

Now It seems like the Deco X20 is online already when checking via your TP-Link ID.

SO may I know how you finally fixed this issue and would you be kind to share with us in case that other users might have the same issue?
