I think the "Virtual Server" in tp-link router dashboard same as "Port Forwarding" in other routers? Is it possible to add a remark or add some description in the details?

Yes they are the same thing.   if you tap on the "?" above you will get an expanded bubble that give you a detail about what this feature is.
