Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.04

Just purchased the AX3000 router; all works well except my Ethernet connected Brother MFC-7360N laser all in one is always showing as offline (laptop is wireless).

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the Brother driver/software package but the installation keeps stopping because it can't find the printer (IP). All connected correctly and even tried swapping the Ethernet cable with a known good one - same results.

Any suggestions?

@DAKn2

Just a thought...

Check your printer's settings and see if it has an assigned IP address that is it trying to connect to the router. You may need to change that setting.

For and example, if the printer is trying to connect to 192.168.1.110 and you router's LAN IP network settings are 192.168.0.1 you will have an issue connecting.

@ArcherC8

Thanks for the tip; but even scanning the network via Borther's BRAdmin Light tool does not reveal the printer's IP address; neither does ipconfig at the command prompt.
