AX6000 Firmware Version 1.2.4 Build 20210719 rel.12163
This firmware build, 1.2.4 Build 20210719 rel.12163, suddenly appeared under System Tools -> Firmware Upgrade page of my router. I couldn't find it in any official TP-Link website. Does anybody know if this is an official firmware from TP-Link and if yes, how can we check?

@Kevin_Z It is not better. After 2 to 3 weeks the 5Ghz just says it has authentication errors and the signal is abysmal. It all started with the firmware released in August. I have to randomly change the channel width, and manually set the band to anything but what it was set on and reboot the device every time I make a small change. Then it works for another 2 weeks or less. Maybe the radio on mine is dying. I have no clue as I have had so many strange bugs with this unit I just deal with issues when they arise and plan on buying another brands unit when I can. It was a $300 waste of money IMHO.
For clarification I have the V1 version of the hardware and it is the US model.

I have the same issue with the latest automatic firmware update (Mexico) (1.2.4 Build 20210719 rel.12163), 5G wifi is not droping but it doesn't connect correctly to devices from to time to time. 2.4g works well and wired too. The firmware before this one worked flawlessly.

Hi,
I have the ax6000 and using with a local nas (odroid hc2 build) over Nat lan 1gbps and have no problem with file transfer speed...it always hits 90-110 Mb real copy speeds in windows explorer...also I am able to stream and watch directly movies which are mkv 6000kbps quality. ( Blu-ray hdr 4k remux rips)
all local network over Gbps lan cable.
also works over Wi-Fi 5ghz , for sure speeds are dependent on receiving device Wi-Fi card and the 5ghz band limitation....tested on Wi-Fi also I got 78 Mb copy speed in windows explorer.
make sure you use cat5e or higher Catalan cable, , have your hardware Nat enabled in the router advanced settings and have gigabit lan on your laptop!
( I am quite sure you know all of these and have it ...but check)
also consider with Hdd you never get these write speed..so we talk about ssd in your laptop..
