Firmware Version: 2.8

Scenes are set up & listed in Kasa & Alexa. Alexa, acknowledges the scenes.

Alexa, will turn on "living room " scene, but will not, turn off, "living room "scene. Says "it's not supported ".

Advice, please. TY

Hello@Redhead713 ,

Alexa only supports the 'Scene' set in Alexa app, not the 'Scene' in Kasa app, could you use the ' Scene' if you control manually through Alexa app?
Try to set a different name for kasa device as Alexa does not seem to like the name with ' XX room'

If still the same, can I have a photo of the Scence setting on Alexa app, can you control kasa device remotely on Kasa app when phone is not connect to home wifi? Thank you
