Turned the discovery ON for the device, then turned hearing aid off them on. BT cannot 'see' the hearing aids. BT with hearing aids works fine with Iphone. Help please?
We haven't had this question before. I did some research and found that one user on MS forums was having a similar issue. It ended up that their hearing aids could only connect to one device at a time so they had to disconnect their hearing aids from the phone before the computer would see it and connect. Also make sure the hearing aids are compatible with Bluetooth 4.0.
