Model: Archer AX4400
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20210719 rel.58490(5553)

Got the AX4400 today and everything set up great, but how do you get notifications when known devices connect/disconnect from the network?  The help shows it under Tools->Notifications but all I have is a weekly log and when new devices are connected (so just the first time)

Only a new device connects to the AX4400 network will you receive a notification, old or known devices will not trigger the notification.

@Kevin_Z Is that a limitation for this particular router?

Overall, there are instructions that the notification capability should be there: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2916/

The FAQ you referred to is applied to the particular models that supported IFTTT before and now support Connection Alerts. The new released model like AX4400 does not support Connection Alerts. You can check the noticie on the first line in the FAQ.
