I set up the deco tp link today. Now when I go into the app and log in to change parental controls etc. It is acting as if I haven't registered my devices, but I have.  Therefore it won't let me read them. Devices are solid green. Have deleted and reinstalled app, same problem.

Hi, Thank you for your time and patience.

I see the Deco is online under your TP-Link ID from the cloud server so I guess the Deco is working properly now.

Would you mind sharing with us how you have fixed this issue?
