Deco and Ring Don’t Connect
I cannot get my Ring Doorbell 3Plus to connect to Deco M4. I've talked with 3 Ring Techs and still no luck. They say call the internet provider.
Rebooted both modem and Decos numerous times and to no prevail.
I cannot get my Ring Doorbell 3Plus to connect to Deco M4. I've talked with 3 Ring Techs and still no luck. They say call the internet provider.
Rebooted both modem and Decos numerous times and to no prevail.
In the past this has been caused by ring's inability to work with Deco's Fast Roam feature. While Ring has stated on their own community this was resolved we would suggest turning Fast Roam off and see if that corrects this connection issue. If that doesn't help try enabling your guest network on just a single band (2.4 or 5GHz) and see if it connects.
