How to block device (IPor MAC address) on LAN network to access internet, just to use local network?

I have 

AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router
Model No. Archer C20

  @Carl That example just blocks access to one website.What I need is to block access to internet entirely.

Change the Target entry to IP or MAC that that should acomplish the goal.

  @Carl I ended up blocking device entirely from network. What I need is ports 445 (SMB) and 9000 (Twonky) to be open.

If its for a specific device you would want to use the port forwarding feature to ensure those ports are open specifcally to that device.  Here is the FAQ about port forwarding
