APACHE THRU RE315
If it doesn't work no worries I will return it.
I am running APACHE 2 on LINUX box with ethernet cable to the RE315 which connects to my smartphone hot spot which connects to the internet.
The Apache server works; On the same machine I can use a local IP and get the index.html page.
But despite knowing my IP address computers outside (i.e. my tablet) cannot access port 80 at my IP address provided by my carrier. I have also tried IPADDRESS:80 and nothing gets through.
NORMALLY with a router you set Port Forwarding or a NAT. Is there some way to ensure all traffic from my hotpot phone to the RE315 to the ethernet cable to the LINUX box on Port 80 arrives?
Thank you.
