Trying to remember my custom password and used up all but 1 password attempt. Is there a time limit for when the "attempts" reset so I can try again later?
Unfortunately, I can't find any record of what happens when that lockout is reached. If you linked your router, to your TP-Link ID, you will use your TP-Link ID password instead of what was set on the router. I will ask around and see if I can find out how long the reset period is.
I found a thread in the community that marcusob was blocked for 2 hours as reported by him since he typed the wrong password 20 times, you can check it:

However, I guess a simple power off and then on will clear the time limit. You may give it a try and let me know if a power cycle does help or not.
