UB500 Unable to connect to devices
Good morning team,
I recently purchased a UB500 USB Bluetooth adapter. Installation seemed successful as my Windows 10 (Home) laptop recognizes bluetooth capability, I can see bluetooth devices available to connect to and other devices can see my laptop, however, I cannot connect to my Arc Star speaker I've tried the following troubleshooting steps so far.
-Ensured by Galaxy S21 Ultra can connect via Bluetooth to the speaker and my PC (killed Bluetooth on my phone afterwards)
-Rebooted my PC
-Downloaded drivers from TP-Link support page for the UB500
-Remove the speaker in device settings (failed)
-Remove the speaker via the device manager (failed)
-Restarted the device association service
-Uninstalled/reinstalled the UB500 in device manager
Are there any other troubleshooting steps you can think of that may help?
