I am just a tad bit concerned that there has been no updates to my router's firmware since: Published Date: 2022-04-26 

also my router is the Archer AX 6600 aka AX90 (hardware_v1.26) and software (v1.1.8 Build 20220321 rel.13967(5553))

I used the routers built in firmware update search and install feature... for the last update..

 

since then a new v1.26 is available in the drop down menu but there is no firmware tab... on the website..

I really have not had any major issues to report but... updates are always nice to have once or twice a year or so..

to show my router has not been abandoned at all..

  @Melchior,

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I noticed that the listed firmware for the V1 includes that they are for the V1 and V2, even though they don't appear when selecting those versions in the dropdown.

I have reached out to the team to confirm that these are, in fact, compatible with each other, and will keep you posted when I hear back.

uuh no I didn't mention or link what you said.. there is no v2 of this router.. v1.0 v1.20 v1.26 I have hardware v1.26 but the router auto-downloaded for hardware v1.0 as it was compatible and I got v1.1.8 software version... there is no firmware tab for v1.26 drop-down menu entry.. I hope I clarified the issue.. and the lack of updates is bothering me as I went out of my way to get as new a router as I could for future proofing my home network.

  @Melchior still no firmware update for the

TP-LINK Archer AX90

I bought this new up to date router so I would be in the loop about updates for it so as to be current and fixes for some time to come but not a single update since

 

v1.00 for hardware v1.26

Published Date: 2022-04-26

Fixed some bugs and improved the stability. 

 

I would really like to see more updates for my router or at least some work on making it better.
