Hi, Would the 2.4ghz and 5ghz randomly turn off during the disconnection?

And May I know the model number of your main router?

Do you usually need to restart the RE to get the internet connection back?

It is suggested you could try to change the wireless channel on the main router to be channel 11 for 2.4ghz, channel 40 for 5ghz.

And please also put RE505x in the clear sight with the main router if possible.
