I purchased this extender and I am computer literate, however this one has stumped me. I have tryed using the app, the web and get the message connected but no internet. 

Looks like you have run into an issue is the message I get from the tplink site.

Did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz LEDs light up?

May I know the model number of your main router?
