Hardware Version: V6

Firmware Version: I dont know

It was up and working good untill we had a major storm in our area and now Ive not been able to get it to go green. We have Spectrum wireless service and it had been working good for approximately 2-3 weeks. I have all of our electronics protected by a GE surge protector.

Hi Eddie, That light is the WAN light, and if its Red/Amber that means that there is a connection with the service issue. The Ethernet cable should be good, otherwise, it would be off completely. Since you have Spectrum try these steps here: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/150603
