How do I set a lower bandwith for users on Archer AX50?

All I want to do is manually set the bandwith for specific people. But I see no option to assign lower bandwith under QoS for users. I see the option for priority bandwith , but none for limiting bandwith, How do I limit bandwith for specific users ?
