Unfortunately after three tries at setup, it only extends my 5GHz wifi network. The 2.4GHz light has never even turned on. How do I fix this?
Hi, May I know the model number of the main router?
Please make sure the wireless password is right (no additional blank space for example) and if possible, please change the wireless channel of 2.4ghz to 1/6/11.
By the way, have you tested RE500x with other available 2.4ghz networks, like the mobile hotspot?
