Camera will not connect to iPhone. How do you connect? Have followed instructions, reset phone and wi-fi and still won't connect

What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa Cam?
If the problem remains, please help collect the following information.
1. What's the model number of your Kasa Cam?
2. Please send me a screenshot of the error message that appears when configuring the camera.
3. Please let me know the troubleshooting you have done.
4. What's the model number of your wireless router.
5. Connect the camera to a hotspot Wi-Fi from your phone and check if it will connect successfully.
