DDNS tplinkdns.com host not found

Model: Deco X20

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

Configured DDNS on X20. But always get "host not found" message when I ping that host. Can never reach anything at tplinkdns.com.

Is tplinkdns.com working?
