Model: Archer AXE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.8

Hi everybody,

My AXE75 keeps randomly dropping all wired clients connected to it. This happens about once a week (sometimes more frequently) and requires a full router power-cycle to correct. Unplugging and replugging in the ethernet cables for the devices does nothing. I've got the most recent firmware installed, and I'm not certain how to troubleshoot next. All the cables in use have been replaced or are known good cables. There doesn't appear to be anythng in the system logs (which are REALLY sparse, to be honest I was expecting way more information in those.) Any suggestions? At this point I'm thinking that I made a mistake purchasing a TP-Link and I should buy a Netgear router since this thing has been so problematic. Can't say I wasn't warned, but I wanted to try something that supported WiFi 6 and this was the cheapest thing out there that did that, so that's on me.

@tcrmba - I am having the same issue. The Wi-Fi has become spotty, so I hard wired it. I see no activity on the router, but the lights are flashing and I can ping the device with no problem. There seems to be nothing online about how to fix this.

I think some of the tp link routers may not do well if you have power issues. Be sure you are using the power adapter that is for that router. If you use a UPS, try without  it. Try a different plug outlet on a different breaker.
