I can't set up my new laptop because my wifi password won't work

Sign on to the router and verify the password. If you can not sign on to the router, reset it to factory and set it up again.

 

If it is a single device with the issue, delete/forget the network on the device and reset it up again. (common issue with apple products and others when changing routers).
