Ethernet ports no longer work (AX11000), wifi works fine

Wi-Fi connections work from phones, tablets, and Nintendo Switch. But ethernet ports no longer work? I have ethernet cables going to the TV, two laptops, and a printer.
This started happening two complete weeks after I upgraded the firmware from 1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553). Obviously I had to reboot as part of the firmware update, but I'm not sure why it worked fine for two weeks and then stopped?
Is it possible the new firmware has some security updates that disables ports? Appreciate any direction to start looking.

@ArcherC8, excellent suggestion. Sometimes we forget the most simpliest of steps.
After power cycling the router, I took plugged in a single cable that went to my desktop PC to the first port and it worked fine. Since I knew that was a working cable, I used the same cable on the rest of the ports to test before plugging in any of the other cables.
Ports 2, 4, and 7 no longer work. 
I then took the remaining cables and plugged them into known working ports (and everything else is now connecting on the known working ports). My only guess at this point is something must have taken a surge on the network?
The router is plugged into it's own surge protector (still has a working fuse). The desktop, laptop, and TV all in three different rooms are each connected to individual UPS's with built-in surge protection. Just goes to show nothing is 100% protected from surges.
Next step is to investigate if the manufacturer of my surge protector covers devices connected to surges (I know many brands provide various types of coverage).
