cant connect to roku . it connects wifi but no internet

Was your new Wi-Fi network configured to use the same login information from the previous router?
Has this Roku been connected to the network before?
While it is not a guaranteed fix, a few users have been successful disabling the SPI firewall and the AP Isolation settings on your Router.
Some other things you may consider:
- Disable Smart Connect to separate the wireless bands - allowing your Roku to connect to specifically the 2.4GHz network
- Enable the Guest Network and try connecting the Roku to that network.
