Just unboxed model archer AC 1900. Went through all of the instructions, but not able to connect my phone to the router Wi-Fi. I keep getting a message indicating my password is incorrect. The password works for the TP- link account but not to connect me to Wi-Fi 

 So very frustrating as I just unboxed this router and followed all steps! Very poor customer service!

  @LittleJo 

some devices have issues when you switch routers. On the device, delete/forget the network and re set it up. See it often on Apple devices but others also.

Did you during set-up set the Wifi PW's?

 

If you didn't, look at the label on the bottom of the Router. Should have the PW's for the SSID's on it. They are different than the one used to enter the routers GUI.
