I just bought this card today and I get constant bluescreens when booting, cannot boot into Windows at all

Motherboard is a Gigabyte Arous MasterZ690 which has built in Wifi that I cannot disable

Blue screen is Netwtw10.sys

I remove the card and the PC boots normally so I know its the card

I have tried installing the drivers with the card uninstalled,

Installing the drivers in safe mode with the card installed

Swapping PCIe slot

Nothing seems to work, should I just go and return the card?
