I have a new system which includes 2 units. The first is connected to the modem via Ethernet cable and the second servers as a remote/wireless booster. I would like to and a second wireless booster in our detached garage. Can I purchase a third wireless single unit that would be comparable?
Provided the wifi signal is strong enough between one of your existing Deco and the detached garage, you can install a third Deco in the garage and add it to your existing Deco network.

@Hansboy It is not necessary for all Deco to be of the same model.
There are also "outdoor" models, perhaps more suitable, depending on the environment (temperature and humidity) in your detached garage.
