I have 1G Ezee Fiber fiber and the speed is 1G for download and upload when I test it with wired connection. 
When I test with wifi, my phone is right next to the wifi main deco and it is connected connected to the main deco. I got 900Mbps download and ~150Mbps upload.  It seems to be an issue with the deco router. 

The ONT is nokoa xs-010x-q.

Update: The internet was down this morning. After a few hours, the ISP did some work to fix for this area. And now internet is back on and this issue somehow is also fixed. I do not understand why.

Hey @AllenAnderson,

I'm glad that everything has gone back to normal. It sounds as though the limiting factor may have been outside of your network's control since the ISP changes fixed the problem.

 

Did you have a router/network prior to your Decos that showed 1Gig for up and download? Or have the Decos operated at 1Gbps/1Gbps before?

yes, the above 1.14G/913MB are from BE16000 deco tested with a wired connection. I tested with a PC wired to Deco and got similar result. Although some ISP changes may have fixed this issue, I suspect there may be issue related to the router as well. There should be little difference in wired and wifi results.
