The lights connected to this switch set comes on at 50% as programmed. After about 45-60 seconds, the lights fade out for about a second then come back on. This repeats continuously. The network is up and running and there is an internet connection. The distance from the switch to the wifi router is about 20 feet in the same room. Other smart devices are doing something similar. I don't know what's going on or how to fix it.
