can someone help me? Router not a month old stopped working light has been red. internet is fine its the router is there an update or vpn or something i am missing?
First test is the bypass the router and connect a pc direct to the modem. If that works, then power off the modem and router for at least 5-10 min. Power on the modem, wait a bit for it to start up, then power on the router. Wait a bit to make its connections and then test.
