Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20240424 rel.60087(5553)

I have Sonic Fiber and I have 10G Up / 10G Down.

Prior to getting the BE800, I was getting much higher upload speeds (See 4/21/2024 compared to 5/24) with my old router. (See below picture)

Here's what I've tried so far:

  • Ethernet settings,
  • different cables,
  • switched between the WAN combo port and the regular WAN port
  • Turning on/off Flow Control in the TP-link console
  • Tried Auto-Negotiation and 10000Mbps Full Duplex

Note: This impacts wired connection only. Wireless upload speeds are within correct range.

@deshaun Any update on this? I am having a similar issue currently. I'm thinking about returning this product.

@tro2789 Are you guys running the lastest firmware? There have been a few updates since the original post. The lastest one on the US site is 1.1.5 (Mine auto updated to 1.1.6, didn't even notice that update). See if that fixes your problems. I have no issues with mine.

@tro2789 I turned off QoS and it fixed it for me. New firmware probably ironed out some things too.
