Our router does not show 2.4 GHz anymore. We use both 5G and 2.4. Some of our household items require the 2.4 and now have lost connection. I've tried resetting the router, powering on and off, searching for it under wifi settings and nothing.
By chance did you turn on Smart Connect in the WiFi settings? Turn it off to control each ssid.
