New AX11000 install.  Just (finally) figured out why devices could all access the Internet but couldn't see each other.  It turns out that when Windows connects to a new network it automatically resets the network profile to public (untrusted).  In order for devices to accept connections that must have the network profile set to private.

For TIVO mini connections to the TIVO Edge device, you must unplug the mini device, then go through networks settings to connect via the new network.
