Apparently a recent Windows update turned the internal Intel AC-3168 wifi back on thus "jamming" the T9UH.  Once turned off the blue light came back on but....  Wifi speed is half of what it was before the apparent update.  I've tried re-booting, hard stop/start, etc.. but no change.  Strangely, upload speeds are faster than download speeds. Thanks Microsoft- you just made the decision to switch to Mac much, much easier.
