I would like to setup the display to show weather but don't see an option on the display so How do I do that because I see nothing about it in the tether app like the quick guide app says there is

From the router's user guide - Chapter 1.2.1:

Touchscreen:
Use the touchscreen to check basic information, network status, connected clients, guest network, and more.
Swipe the home screen to display system time, network connection, CPU & memory, and weather information.
