Hi I recently bought this modem and I cannot connect to the internet my isp is Iprimus please help
As per most of the instruction when setting up a new router, power off and unplug the ISP's modem for 5-10 min. With the router powered off, plug in and power on the modem, wait for the lights to come on, then power up the router. The unpluging of the modem causes the ISP to reset the connection.
