Model: Deco BE16000
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20240725 Rel 33400

I recently upgraded my ISP to 2 Gbps fiber and have been using the BE16000 for about 2 months prior to upgrading my service. Now it seems that while I have 2 Gbps service, my speed tests from the deco app are only showing around 1 Gbps download and 50 Mpbs upload. The strange thin is that my ISP left me an eero 6 pro plus and when I connect that router to the same Optical Network Terminal port using the same cat8 cable, it shows the full 2 Gbps download and systemmetrical upload speeds. Is there some type of cap or limiting function that would be causing this issue? The speeds that are showing when I test from the deco app are right about the same speeds I was getting prior to upgrading to 2 Gbps service. Is there a specific port that I would need to use on the BE16000 to get my full 2 Gbps speeds?

Hi @BeardedThanatos,

Is QoS enabled on your Deco? See our FAQ here on how to configure (or disable) the feature.

Have you tried power cycling the main Deco node and ONT?
