How can I rename an X15 satellite unit?

Yes, you can do that.
Open Deco App > Tap on the network map in the center of the screen > Tap on the unit you want to rename > next to the name on the top tap on the square with a pencil > Choose the new location or tap on Custom location. Then save the change.
