BE24000 Weather and Temperature Slides not working, showing X outs.
My router's front display will correctly display the date and time, but the weather and temp slides show as an error (X's for the icons).
My DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 and functioning and resolving correctly. I've tried 1.1.1.1 and several others. There is surprisingly little help on this topic in the TP link forums and on the internet in general. I simply want the slides to show weather and data as intended.
The only information displayed anywhere, happens to be on the touch screen that shows "Unable to load weather. Cloud service is unavailable. Please try again later."
Thanks in advance for any insight.

Thank you for the details!
Can you also please confirm whether the email address you signed up to the community with and the one you use to sign into your router are the same? This is important for us to ensure that we are addressing the correct account and can provide the necessary support.
Additionally, if possible, can you please export your router's configuration file and email it to USSupportTeam@TP-Link.com? This will allow our team to get the config info over to our engineers for further investigation.
You can export the configuration file by visiting the router's Web UI, then navigating to Advanced > System > Backup & Restore > Back Up.

For those that find this issue as well, maybe this can help. I worked with tp link engineers and tried a few things, and maybe its a bit buggy with the weather icon and temperature. The fix for the temp was setting it through the tether app vice web gui, it did not work when set through the web gui. As for the weather icon tile, it wasn't showing the correct weather type when the temp fixed through the tether app. for example it was showing a partly sunny tile icon when it was night here. Another issue they uncovered was that it wasn't updating the weather every hour as designed, so that needs to be fixed too.The latest news I have is that they'll address these issues, in firmware that will be coming in the future release. I hope this helps and helps others avoid some frustration.

Hey @buttholio,
I just wanted to follow up on this. We've released a firmware update for the Archer BE900 which addresses the weather function bugs you were encountering.
You can visit the Archer BE900 Firmware Page, select your hardware version from the drop-down menu, view the release notes, and download and install the firmware. Alternatively, you can use the Tether app to install the latest firmware for your router.
