Homeshield doesn't stay subscribed?
Rebooted all 3 deco's, have latest firmware,
When I open app, it says homeshield not connected, I then make the connection, it pops up stating successful, I can navigate app all looks good, shows subscribed etc.
Whe I exit app then open app I have to repeat setup again?
Any ideas?

Which Deco model are you using?
What is the hardware version of your Deco model?
What is the firmware version of your main Deco unit?
@Ryan It is a Deco 20, I sent out a support request, turns out they had some issues with recent update, and got it fixed
