All or devices connect - TVs, laptops and my IPhone but my wife's iPhone won't connect to the main network or the guest network. I confirmed her phone connects to other WiFi networks by connecting her phone to our neighbors WiFi. I've reset the router, reset her network connections on her phone and restarted her phone with no luck. Please help ! Thanks.
It appears the issue is with the phone unless you are using whitelists or blacklists, or using wifi settings that the phone cannot use which I doubt because all the other devices work.
on the phone, forget (delete) the wifi network and then set it up again. Not sure if that is what you did when you reset her network on the phone. That happens a lot if you are using the same ssid/password as the old router.
