I have the Deco app running on my iPhone and my iPad. Each device has notifications enabled in iOS / iPadOS settings and this is confirmed in the Deco app App Settings -> Notifications section. I have all notifications checked except Promotional Messages.

Both of my devices receive push notifications of a Deco notification. However, when I tap on the banner indication of the notification or open the app I do not see any new notifications.

If I tap on the envelope in the upper right corner of the app (which brings me to a screen called Messages but has a sub-heading of "All Notifications") I see a few notifications, but they are nearly three weeks old. Meanwhile, I receive several push notifications a week (maybe even one or two a day). I just can't seem to find where they go or find a way to see / view them.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Have you noticed what these notifications are about, "Connection Alerts", "Weekly Reports" or "New firmware"?

I wish I knew. I see the banner notifications and they just say "Deco notification", but it doesn't tell me what kind. I experimented with changing them to email instead of push (and have received two Connection alerts since the switch). I can change back to push, but it just seems that my mobile device gets the push, but the information disappears from there.

I also wonder if there is an issue with trying to setup pushing notifications on two devices. Maybe I'll just change one of the two mobile devices to push.
