My AX-11000 ethernet ports began failing inconsistently, causing me to run down several dead ends before the cable tech's testing device confirmed failures. Does anyone know if this is an electronic and/or mechanical problem and I should throw this router away or if it was associated with a firmware problem like I have seen posted elsewhere? If so, what is the fix. This is an expensive router to be failing so quickly.
