I cant getthe kasa mini plug to connect to deco w7200 router. My router has both 2.4 and 5 ghz. I set my Note 10 phone to 2.4 on the router and ran the setup for the plug. It wont set up. What do I need to try to get it connected?
Be sure the KASA is on the 2.4 network as that may be the issue.
I am not a Deco or KASA user but did look at the router manual and seen that there is a section on managing network clients to select which band to use.
I do have Wyze and Eufy cams in my setup that require 2.4 so I understand a bit of what you are doing.
