I cannot change the settings via my Deco app, I continue to get the "Failed to save information" error even after updating the app. Any suggestions?

What are the hardware and firmware versions of your Deco XE75?

What is your app version?

Are you running iOS, or Android?

Out of curiosity, are there any specific menus where you encounter the error?

Or is it any setting change made in any menu that prompts it?

Is your phone connected directly to your Deco's network, or are you attempting to make these changes remotely?

Also, is your phone connected to a VPN when the error is generated?
