I have the TP-Link Deco X20.

I'm having an issue with my wifi in which I can't access one particular website, idrive.com. None of the devices on my wifi can access that site: Windows 11, MacOS 15, android.

and iOS 18. 

Logginf into the app doesn't work either so I can't back up my computers. 

It has been working fine for years and haven’t changed any settings.

If I connect my laptop directly to my cable modem with a cable I can access the website.

I have tried:

• downgrading the firmware on the x20.

• disabling IPS. I don't have parental controls enabled

- I tried changing DNS to googles dns.

• I’ve rebooted the cable modem and WiFi and all my devices
