Beyond frustrated. I just bought this router from Best Buy. Set it up. Used the same password that I've used for years. Go to log in and it tells me that my password is incorrect. But I can SEE the password on the TP Link setup screen and I can SEE what I've entered and it's NOT incorrect. So I do a search and I see other people are having the same issue. I have some 2 factory resets, used different names each time etc and I'm still getting the same "incorrect password" error. It's now back in the box and ready to be returned in the morning after wasting an entire evening. For what this thing cost, known errors shouldn't be continuing.

Hey there, welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear your out-of-the-box experience has been anything less than stellar.

Out of curiosity - are you referring to the router's Wi-Fi password?

Or are you referring to the router's administrative login password (e.g., to access the router's configuration page)?
