Hi I am a homeshield Pro subscriber and setting parental controls on my daughter's ipad.  My daughter used to be able to receive and send text message using my account on my phone.  (Her ipad connects to wifi only and the text messages were forwarded from my iphone.)  But after I set parental controls on her device, it stops sending text showing "Not delivered" with red letters.   I set mature content, online shopping, and file sharing blocked under Web filter.  If I turn off the parental control, then it starts working again but I would like to keep the parental control.  Any suggestions?
