Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20191223 rel. 73956(5553)

Internet connection works fine when directly connected to a computer, but the wifi router does not recognize the same ethernet cable when connected to the Internet port on the router.  Tried multiple ethernet cables.  Restarted/rebooted router multiple times.  Any suggestions?

Be sure to power off the modem and router and disconnect the modem from the power source for 5-10 min so the ISP will reset the connection. Note that the install instructions for most routers say to power off and unplug the modem as part of the setup.
